WARRANTY APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The application form must be completed, signed, and sent to Syskern by clicking on the submission button at the end of this form. A confirmation email will be sent.

This document must be submitted within thirty (30) days after the installation is completed, accompanied by the full and unmodi ed test reports, retained in their original format.

After receiving the request, Syskern will make a decision within 30 days:
– Either issue the warranty certi cate,
– Or inform the installer of a rejection or request additional information.
